Called in the middle of a heat wave and they were able to work me into their schedule within 24 hours vs other companies scheduling 2 to 4 weeks out for a basic repair. Very honest and professional. My AC went out and called many repair shops. Even called Air Zone Experts and left message. I struck out getting anyone to come out today. I went to check my mail and I see Air Zone Experts truck pull up. They fixed my AC quickly and at a good price. I even signed up for their yearly maintenance program. Great outfit.

Received a call from my tenants that downstairs A/C won’t turn on… called Air Zone Experts- in Little Elm recommended by friends… in less than 5 min Cristina the best ever customer service/call taker assessed my problem and schedule the service next day first thing in the morning… and it was a Saturday!
