After noticing my Trane HVAC system was turning on and off rapidly I knew something was wrong. I quickly turned the system off and immediately contacted Air Zone Experts. They called me back within a few minutes, asked a couple of questions, and then scheduled a service call for the following morning. Arriving 10 minutes early on a Saturday morning, the technician promptly started triaging the issue and ruled out the most likely causes. Not finding the issue, they did not immediately give up and try to sell me a new system. Instead they diligently continued to dig deeper, troubleshooting each of the systems components all the way down to the individual wires to isolate the problem. Once the issue was know, having the part on the service truck it was quickly replaced and now my house is cool and comfortable again. For many years I was a regular customer of the area’s biggest HVAC companies, yet I never felt like I was a valued customer. That is not the case anymore knowing Air Zone Experts will go the extra mile. Most companies would have given up leaving us with the large unexpected expense of replacing our system, only because the technician did not have the knowledge or dedication to find that small little part causing all the issues. I have never met an honest person in business like Adrian, I called the company on Thursday and booked an appointment for the A/C repair. He came a little early and within five minutes everything was resolved in a very reasonable price. I can recommend this business to anyone.

Adrian is an amazing person and HVAC technician. It’s extremely rare to find an honest man that has the knowledge and care for customers that I saw today. While others were quoting large sums for similar electrical furnace work, Adrian completed it quickly and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely call him in the future.

My AC went out and called many repair shops. Even called Air Zone Experts and left message. I struck out getting anyone to come out today. I went to check my mail and I see Air Zone Experts truck pull up. They fixed my AC quickly and at a good price. I even signed up for their yearly maintenance program. Great outfit.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! The entire process was great! We discovered this company from the rave reviews they received on our neighborhood page. Adrian went above and beyond servicing our unit and was able to diagnose a problem we were having quickly. We have had this problem looked at by 2 other companies over the years with no resolution. Adrian had it resolved and fixed in our first visit! This is the only company we will be be calling for maintenance and repair.

My AC unit broke down last night and I was able to get a hold of someone late at night who quickly was able to schedule me for an appointment today. Not only did they find the issue, they fixed it in less than 10 minutes really impressed. Honest. Great overall.
