We called the company regarding a furnace that had stopped working. It is a small family business near us, which is something we like to support.

They answered the phone on the first call, immediately made an appointment to come out and were right on time. The problem was quickly diagnosed and even though it was a Friday, they managed to get the required parts before the parts store closed and were out Saturday morning to complete the repair quickly. (again, right on time). The Owner and his son came out together and they were polite and kept the house clean as well.

Ours is a 14 year old furnace, so getting parts is not always easy.

Overall, we were completely satisfied with service and pricing and I feel we can recommend them as a great service company.
