I’ve found smaller/family owned businesses are far superior than big companies. They rely more on referrals and every customer is important to them. They simply don’t have the bank roll to alienate customers. This company is no different. They were as professional as can be, they dont try to sale things that aren’t necessary, and you know that your business is important to thing. Adrian showed up on time to diagnose a short cycling issue. He did an excellent job identifying the problem and getting it fixed. The unit was overcharged by another technician from another company. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me what he was doing and what the numbers mean. Pricing was fair as well, so I signed up for the maintenance plan. I highly recommend Air Zone Experts (Adrian).

Our AC stopped working over the weekend and I was recommended to a company that won’t be able to come out until later in the week. I am so glad to see the Air Zone Experts truck on my way to work and call to make an appointment. Adrian was able to come out first thing in the morning and I thought I would need a new A/C unit since it’s 25 years old, but Adrian was very knowledgeable and took his time to find out exactly what caused it not to run and answer all my questions. He found out that we have a 5-month-old daughter and know how important it is to have AC running again so he was determined to go look for a replacement part to get our AC run again. After the AC ran again, Adrain took time to show me what I needed to do regularly to maintain the AC unit and even did the follow-up a couple of hours later to make sure the AC unit was still running smoothly. I would call Air Zone Experts again in the future for any HVAC services and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs their HVAC services done and doesn’t want to break their bank account and get the job done.
