Adrian was awesome. He arrived early, was very professional and was able to solve our problem quickly. Although our A/C system is quite old, he was able to repair inexpensively and didn’t try to push us to purchase a new one. We will definitely be calling him again for any future needs!

Received a call from my tenants that downstairs A/C won’t turn on… called Air Zone Experts- in Little Elm recommended by friends… in less than 5 min Cristina the best ever customer service/call taker assessed my problem and schedule the service next day first thing in the morning… and it was a Saturday! The specialist showed up promptly when promised,with a great attitude that gave me hope…no hidden service call fees, no extras, fair pricing , excellent service! If you need help like I did ,do not waist your time for a good spending of your money ;either if it’s for a necessary repair or yearly maintenance. Just try this nice family business! Adrian was honest and transparent and very professional. He took great care of my unit. I would recommend him to anyone.

Adrian is an amazing person and HVAC technician. It’s extremely rare to find an honest man that has the knowledge and care for customers that I saw today. While others were quoting large sums for similar electrical furnace work, Adrian completed it quickly and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely call him in the future.

Neighbors used Air Zone and was pleased. I just needed a maintenance for my HVAC. I am always cautious of companies telling me how I need to have repairs and try to upsale me. Adrian, owner, was on time, professional and friendly. Checked out my AC and explained what he was checking and why. Found nothing that needed to be repaired or replaced and even cleaned my outside unit of debris and dust before leaving. Cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again and will share with neighbors who are looking for someone who they can trust.
