The homeowner called Air Zone Experts because the air conditioning is not cooling properly, Upon checking the indoor unit, we found drain pan full of water , found also, water in the filter casing, we checked the evaporator coil and found evaporator coil leaking refrigerant, we checked drains and found drains clear, filter was also, wet. We checked the outside unit and found system low on refrigerant. We recommended to replace the evaporator coil, replace filter drier at the outdoor condenser unit and recharge the system with refrigerant.

The customer has a Trane Air Conditioning and Furnace [Model #4TTR4036 L1000AA], on which we fulfilled the repair request.

Air Zone Experts performed a spring maintenance on both Carrier air conditioning units. The technician did a complete a/c inspection, replaced filters and wash the outdoor units. Systems are running good and the technician ensured absolute customer satisfaction.

The customer has a Carrier, which we made fully operational again.
